Anywhere, any image, any size. Now working from Prince George, BC Canada, we welcome opportunity to travel anywhere to paint your mural. Murals are an effective method of having your business noticed and remembered, they quickly become landmarks. We'll bet you can remember at least two or three businesses with murals in town! Let the artwork convey your message. We can paint whatever image you'd like, in any style you choose. Hi-Fi Murals will assist in the initial design work, or you may provide a design. Indoor, outdoor, walls, ceilings, floors, you decide. Automotive art, or portraits on canvas. We paint your image. Contact us for a free estimate.

mur-al (myu-ral) n.

On the cover of the August 2007 edition of SKATEBOARD Magazine features Alex Chalmers doing a frontside thruster in front of an old painting of mine at Leeside with the bees and a beetle painted in 2003. Check it out!

Of course, thanks to the media, the big question I am getting over again is when is the Beatty Street Mural going to start? For ongoing information on this project just click this link to get on the facebook page for the most current information. You are welcome to post your own photos and have your questions answered there as well. Of course there will be updates on this site as well but we're trying a social networking angle on this project to see how it works out. Oh yeah and by the way, this project is underway in mid June. Thanks to my trip to Ecuador I won't be posting any photos of it until September so check out the link.

Above is the "complete" version of the Tokyo Sushi mural in Prince George, BC. This is my first mural of 2010 all painted with spraypaint. It was started in January but quickly put off until better weather. One day of painting made sure of that. I was going through painting withdrawal at the time. If you look closely you can see I painted the electrical box (in the centre) to match, as promised. It was an eyesore. I saved the numbers and chrome bits so as not to piss off the people at BC Hydro. We'll see if there's any backlash. Next spring I intend to wrap this mural around the front and back of the restaurant. This should give us a full tattood lady. The back will be a continuation with this theme but I'll work some graffiti into it. Keep it tasteful.

Below are some photos of an ongoing project on the side of the new GROOP GALLERY in PG as well as a "mural" that's going on the side of the Studio 2880 building in P.G. This is painted on two sheets of plywood with one youth and one 'senior'. This will be put up alongside twenty or so other 'murals'. I consider it kind of small for a mural but, you say tomato........
The Groop Gallery is a new contemporary gallery in PG which has my full support by showcasing not only my ongoing mural project, but my first feature show in PG. Photos of the new work are posted on the artworks page, check it!
After a summer hiatus in Ecuador I still intend to show in cities across North America and some abroad. There are some projects in the works that you will hear about in the near future.

Left: finishing touches on the Studio 2880 mural painted in my backyard.

Right: Groop Gallery mural in PG. An ongoing project, full of madness.

Instead of galleries, I've also been staging high end homes to show my work. Generally houses for sale that want to get spruced up for the open houses.
This is a new approach for me and it explains why I haven't been as busy in the gallery world as much as I'd been in the past. I've posted photos of the new work and some of the staging on the artworks page.

Left: the Studio 2880 mural complete, spraypaint on plywood. It is titled "Circle of Life".
In September when I get back from Ecuador I will post a photo of the mural alongside all the others up on the building.
Right: a piece entitled "Rage of Enlightenment". Viewings are available by appointment. Just send an e-mail.

On the left is the cube titled "The Wurld IS Flat".
A 24" cubed version of one of my paintings. More photos forthcoming in September.
To the right is a life drawing done in what is, I suppose my current life drawing style. I'm having fun with it.
